Figure 03
Figures hemfokuserade tredje generation. Mjuka textilhöljen, trådlös induktiv laddning via fötterna, taktila sensorer i fingertopparna och Helix-AI:n. Tillverkas i den egna BotQ-fabriken.
Var Figure 03 står
Figure 03 presenterades 9 oktober 2025 som företagets första hemfokuserade humanoid.

Figure 03 represents a real advance with the embedded Helix VLA model (200 Hz, 35 DOF, script-free). BotQ manufactures up to 12,000 units/year. Documented BMW pilots with +400% declared efficiency — unverified manufacturer claim. $39B valuation, solid OpenAI/NVIDIA/Microsoft backing.

Figure 03 introduces a next-generation vision system engineered for high-frequency visuomotor control. Its new camera architecture delivers twice the frame rate, one-quarter the latency, and a 60% wider field of view per camera - all within a more compact form factor.

Each fingertip sensor can detect forces as small as three grams of pressure - sensitive enough to register the weight of a paperclip resting on your finger. This precision enables Helix to distinguish between a secure grip and an impending slip before it occurs.

The robot introduces several new features for expanded applications. These include soft components designed for enhanced safety, wireless charging designed for higher availability, and audio functions for speech-to-speech communication, along with improved hands with tactile sensors and palm cameras designed to increase precision and dexterity

Notable design features: soft textile exterior (rather than hard-shell cohort standard); tactile sensing hands; wireless foot charging (rather than wired cohort standard). The textile + wireless charging combination reflects Figure's design bet that consumer-evolution-toward-home-deployment requires friendlier industrial design and fewer integration touchpoints.
